All SYMPA products are naturally sourced.

When stored properly, most SYMPA products will last from six months to a year.  Best when refrigerated.

Due to the all-natural guarantee of SYMPA, products are best kept in a cool, dry place and not above a room temperature of 76 degrees Fahrenheit.  

Unfortunately, Sympa does not offer returns or refunds.  If you are unsatisfied with your product(s), please contact us immediately.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-4 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
